No matter how well we do with our PCOS lifestyle changes, there will be times when we get exhausted. Times when PCOS comes and bites us on the bum and takes over our bodies, making the simplest of tasks so difficult.
I’ve got my PCOS mostly under control now, after years of sorting my diet and taking supplements. It’s taken time to shift the weight but I’m there now. My periods are regular and generally, I’m good.
The thing is, even though I’m basically on top of it, it still wins sometimes. Today is one of those days. It’s like a wave of exhaustion has come over me and I just want to sleep. I want to curl up and snooze until I feel better, but I know it won’t matter how much sleep I have, I will still be tired.
